Job Title: Temporary Assembly Technician – Hatchery Equipment Project Position Type: Temporary / Project-Based Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Project Duration: Approximately April 6 through completion (estimated 1.5–2 months)

Position Summary We are seeking dependable team members to assist with a temporary project involving the replacement and installation of parts on existing hatchery equipment. This role will work as part of a small team responsible for removing and installing components on hatchers using basic hand and power tools. Individuals in this role should be comfortable working with tools, following instructions, and contributing to a team environment to complete the project safely and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
Assist with the removal and installation of parts on existing hatchery equipment
Use basic hand tools and power tools including drills, wrenches, and screwdrivers
Follow project instructions and assembly guidelines provided by supervisors
Work collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Report any equipment issues or safety concerns to the supervisor
Qualifications
Basic mechanical aptitude or experience using hand and power tools preferred
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Reliable and dependable attendance throughout the duration of the project
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
Prior assembly, maintenance, construction, or mechanical experience is a plus but not required
Additional Information
This is a temporary, project-based role expected to last approximately 1.5–2 months starting April 6.
Work schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Employment will conclude upon completion of the project.
Pay: $20-$25/Hour
