Invoicing Clerk- Feed Mill Coordinator
Farm Service Elevator, an affiliate of Life-Science Innovations, has a full-time opportunity in the role of Invoicing Clerk-Feed Mill Coordinator.
This role will provide essential assistance with invoicing, customer service, order processing, and compliance tracking. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with both internal teams and customers, and be comfortable learning and adapting quickly.
Key Responsibilities
- Under minimal supervision, is responsible for weighing and grading inbound and outbound trucks
- Obtains ingredient samples at the scale
- Retrieves finish feed samples from Mill; periodically performs feed studies
- Run NIR samples, complete full tracking of results and send to appropriate personnel
- Maintains cleanliness of the pits, checking cameras after trucks leave and ensuring they are cleared out
- Assists and guides truckers with liquid and pneumatic drop off.
- Check Locks and Relock
- Helping truckers hook up & direct them where to go
- Check inventory levels
- Orientates new drivers with the feed mill processes and policies for unloading ingredients
- Manages and disposes feed samplings
- Select routes for ingredients and corn
- Responsible for SQF logs (Receiving)
- Enter ingredient loads
- Invoicing customers for feed deliveries
- Provides a high level of customer service
- Placing feed orders for bin monitoring customers
- Taking phone feed orders
- Process feed contract trucker payments
- Process ingredient trucker payments
- Post packing slips for ingredient loads received
- Troubleshoot load discrepancies
- Record feed cost of sales transactions
- Performs audit function of the Feed Mill
- Monitors SQF compliance and reports to management when standards are not being met
- Previous experience in administrative support, operations, or customer service preferred.
- Associate’s degree in agriculture, business or related field is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Basic knowledge of feed, agriculture, or manufacturing operations helpful but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Core working hours: 7:30am – 4:30pm, Monday – Friday

Starting wage range: $21.07-$26.34
