Life-Science Innovations is hiring a full-time Staff Accountant to prepare, audit and review financial reconciliations, documents, reports and statements. This role will collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and will oversee customer accounts and collections.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Prepare, reconcile and maintain workpapers and financial schedules.
- Analyze data and controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Assist external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on any overdue invoices through email, phone calls or other communication channels.
- Work with internal teams (sales, customer service, etc.) to rectify any issues affecting customer payments.
- Prepare and distribute monthly customer statements.
- Manage the collection of data needed and approvals for new credit applications.
- Manage, collect and organize information to support various property and casualty insurance programs and renewals.
- Keep other corporate records up to date as needed.
- Assist with other projects and duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Capable of managing multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrates core values and effectively interacts with all organizational levels.
